Returns and Refunds Policy
Welcome to our Returns and Refunds policy.
- You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 business days without giving any reason for doing so.
- The deadline for canceling an order is 5 business days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
- In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by email or phone call.
- You can inform us of your decision by e-mail. Feedback at MintErrors.org within five day business days of delivery.
- We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
- Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer.
- Please use a tracking number so we can track the location of the return, email us the tracking and RMA numbers.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last five business days.
- You have emailed us and we have approved the return and emailed you an RMA number.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- No alterations were done to the merchandise or original packaging or holders.
The following merchandise cannot be returned
- Merchandise that has been removed from original packaging.
- Merchandise that is not approved nor has a RMA number.
- Merchandise that was bought by one person and being returned by another person. The person and address on the original invoice is the only person who can initiate a return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, or at our sole discretion.
Returns and Refunds of goods that have been approved
- You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
- You should send the approved returnable item(s), with an RMA number to the following address:

Returns and Refunds – Shipment back to MintErrors.org
- We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
- We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
- We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
- Items that have been returned damaged, will require an investigation by the third party shipper. If there was no insurance on the item(s) being returned, the burden of loss will be on the consumer.
Returns and Refunds to original Purchaser
Returns and Refunds are initiated by and returned to the original purchaser, once the return has been approved, an RMA has been given and the returned merchandise is the original packing/holders without alteration.
